Pipeline

  • ​AOH1996 is currently in FDA-approved Phase 1 Clinical Trials at City of Hope Medical Center for solid tumors.  This Phase 1 trial will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of AOH1996.

​​

  • Four additional “arms” of this Phase 1 Trial have been approved by the FDA.  These arms will study the efficacy of AOH1996 in patients with four different types of cancer.

​

  • AOH1996 has been approved by the FDA for a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for the treatment of AML (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia). Early results are highly encouraging.

​

  • Over the coming year, several additional Clinical Trials investigating AOH1996, both as a monotherapy and in combination with FDA-approved Standard of Care chemotherapies, are planned.
